Homebrew PCBs

It is very easy. 
  You have to create postscript files of selected layers  (print-to-file).
  Than you can import them into CorelDraw, where you can align, flip, center, anything you need. 
  I am not familiar with new programs, (mine is 20y old) but there must be option 
  like Print-to-file or PS-printer.
