Hi guys, I am oh-so close to running some real boards on my CNC mill. Having never done isolation milling I am not sure of what the process is, or is not capable of. I bought a couple carbide 'V' cutters and will be giving it a try this comming week. I suspect the 'V' type cutters would be better than trying to use a .010" or .020" diameter endmill. Right now, with toner transfer, I can get fairly reliable results with traces down to .012". Anyone have any idea what can be done with isolation milling? Any suggestions, comments, advice, warnings, etc. would all be appreciated! Chris
