Badmouthing the CUSTOMERS and calling them "Motor spinners" amongst other names probably doesn't help sales much either! With such a low rate of completed machines, it also makes one pause to question the quality of the plans. Perhaps they are not simple enough for the remaining 80~90% of the people to actually make the machine.
