Hi all. I recently saw a few articles on using UV leds to expose photoresist type boards and have to admit, I have tried various methods and am going to try this one. I also did a quick search in this list archives before starting this thread. I was wondering in one could concentrate the UV light from a LED via a lens like in the laser pointers and create a pin point uv light. Then, in making a CNC type machine (yes I belong to the cnc groups as well) use this method to simply draw the tracks onto the board directly. One would have to create a test run every sop often but I wouldn't mind seeing anyone elses posts if they have tried this.
