I doubt that green stuff will make it look good (the toner underneath will  
make it dark), you need what is called soldermask.
For 100 boards a week having them made is far more reasonable.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
