Homebrew PCBs

I was thinking that it might be possible to arrange a several turn 
spiral of flexible tubing submerged about 90 percent ( a slow spiral 
ramp) slide a smaller air pump tubing inside it and pump echant and 
air at the same time to flow over suface of  ecthed board horiz. face 
up 
The airbubbles start about middle lenth of the larger tube  
another tube placed inside the main tube could contain resistors in 
oil
as a heater. 
I was looking at the cnc hardware group but after registering I am 
now 
blocked not sure what the problem is. I am planning to build a drill 
or pcb engraver out of junk printer parts thanks luther
