Guys in a message , i wrote few months ago, the cheapest way is to 
get to an hydroponic cultutre store , they use it a lot , here in 
Canada it's around $10 cdn for a litre

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
