A UV hardened material specifically intended
for the purpose perhapse?

You expose and develop it in a very similar
way to your resist.

Then you put it back under the UV light to
harden it.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
