Google says it has 90 nozzles for each color. The c84 has 180 nozzles for black, and 59 nozzles for color, so that's why. I think one of volkan's printers uses around 90 nozzles too, check.. BTW the 180 nozzles must make it so fast in the text mode. I mean it can shoot out a page with really only a few passes of the head. I know i said this before, but i'm just so amazed by it because the last inkjet i used was a HP deskjet 550C. Also, i was quite amazed when i noticed that it'll do a nozzle check without any movement of the paper. Not about the fact that it makes the check that way, that makes sense if you think about it, but about the one-inch long row of nozzles needed to create such a thing... Quite something if you are used to 16 nozzles.... ST
