I just made my first PCB using the HP 5940 and Jetstar Premium film, it came out very well. As it's for an RF application I used a hatched copper pour over most of the board with a 5 mil line width, and that was perfect. The edges on the tracks and pads were very sharp, so I should be able to achieve 5 mil tracks, although I'm not likely to need to go that narrow. It looks like this is the best low-cost combination for making PCBs at home. Leon
