Hi, I've had some success with it using a techno 1910 laminator, and Kodak Ultima picture paper. Here's a photo. http://ph.groups.yahoo.com/group/Homebrew_PCBs/photos/view/a89e?b=1 I have had some bad transfers as well, and haven't quite figured out what the dependent variables are. Making sure the board is clean and dry beforehand helps, and using several passes through the laminator helps. I do believe that the Brother's toner requires a higher temperature to bond to the paper. However, with more passes through the laminator, the paper sticks to the board. Too few passes and the toner doesn't stick. But, good results are definitely possible.
