Hi Chris, Your holes are way too big. All of your air is going out a few of the holes because the air is taking the path of least resistance. You need smaller holes and probably fewer of them. You could also increase the air flow but that might result in the etchant 'boiling' out of the tank. My tank has about 6 holes and it needs a pretty meaty aquarium pump to keep all of them flowing.
