I dont know the exact number because that was a while ago but what i 
do now is take the file or a larger print and get officeworks to do 
my print.
use their glossy photopaper, the thinnest one
and get them to set the darkness to about 70%

i usually bring a print which is 200% bigger and get them to shrink 
by 50% so it becomes sharper and they charge too much to open files.

I dont make them often, but hope it helps
