Are you actually building your own photoplotter ? I'm interested how your doing it. Is it a rotating drum with a slow scan single pass laser ? Or is it the classic X-Y table with a light pen ? What are you using for the photosensitive film, and what light color sensitivity does it have. The red light sensitive films normally used in photoplotters can only be handled under very dim green light.
