Homebrew PCBs

I have already registered homebrewpcbs.com with the intention of
starting up a web board.

It appears my ISP already has phpBB installed. Now it becomes a
question of bandwidth.

Someone here was going to talk to me off list about this, I got
distracted from the task and no longer recall who it was... send me an
email off list.
