Free-Air wire them to dip sockets if its for protos. I just put a photo up in Files/Surface_Mount/Free-Air.jpg showing it being done to adapt a SO8 to a DIP8 package. I realise 0.95mm spacing is a tad smaller - but should be quite achieveable with some kynar wirewrap wire. It's not mechanically strong enough to go out into the real world. But should survive prototype stage no problems.
