Ah, I get it now!  D'uh...

I found the option and set it properly.  I remember reading that post from
Steve, but I didn't understand what he meant.

I reply on top 'cause that's where Outlook opens a document.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
