I found this description of durabright ink. It seems to be a variant of pigment based inks. http://www.epson.co.jp/e/technology/duratech.pdf The question is if the print head is really any differet for pigment based inks. The cleaning system and regiment is probably different. But the head could be identical. When someone takes one apart, take a picture of the holes in the head or put it under a microscope next to a penny... Then we can see the hole size relative to Lincoln's nostrils. Dave
