Epson doesn't even recommend it for use with their own transparencies. I've used it with transparencies and it doesn't take much to rub the ink off when dried. Doubt whether any Epson ink will wet and adhere to copper, it'll probably just bead up. But even if you get it to work, you're talking single sided boards done easy. What about double sided boards? Furthermore, you waste ink when you have to do the same board more than once. Go the photo etching route with an inkjet printer.
