Some of you might have remembered how I complained about a order I placed with Electronic Express. Thought I might update what has happened I placed the order on Feb 7 and today March 28 I Noticed that my account had been charged for the order. The only email I received from them was a generic email when I placed the order. I canceled the order via email on Feb 15. I never received any emails from that conversation either. In defence of them They did answer my phone call promptly and told me that I could refuse shipment If I would like to. Of coarse Im sure I would pay for shipping both ways. I ask them If It was customary for their buisness to ship out a product SEVEN weeks after the order was placed without any acknowledgement to the buyer of backorder or shipping status either by phone or email. He said that they generally dont respond via email. that still leaves regular mail and phone. If they advertise and sell via the Internet then they need to get with the program and take advantage of the quick and precise communication it offers. And they need to rethink there business practices if they want to remain competitive. Either way that used up there one and only chance to get any of my future buisness Regards Dennis Waggoner
