It might be easier to use GC-Prevue for that, I think it can do 
panelisation. The Pulsonix software I use has a nice step and repeat 
function for multiple copies of the same PCB on one board.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
