You are welcome.  I hope I didn't overstate the horrors of "greenies".
 They are made and sold in great numbers because there are many
applications that do not demand a really good capacitor, and they are
certainly cheap.  

But for the hobbyist, who's time and frustration will outweigh the
cost of components, and who is not experienced in weighing the pros
and cons of every component choice, they are trouble waiting to happen.
