Thanks for the tips on the solder pads. Unless I create my own library
 objects is there any easy way to increase the pad size/hole size in
Eagle.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
