When I ordered via ebay from him, I screwed up my order. I used the 
Ebay "Contact" interface and he responded within 1 day.  Perhaps the 
email address you are using is his "junk box"?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
