When I order form Jameco or Mouser or almost any other websites here in the USA I get same day shipping and immediate responce. It took them until Friday (over 48 hours) just to send a response to my order. I recieved no indication of when to expect shipping or if anything was on backorder. And I have yet to recieve any communication on whether my order was canceled. I did several searches and finally found another person complaining about the same thing. Over a week later his order was finally shipped with no responce from them. In this day and age a company simply cannot survive unless they provide prompt communication and timely shipping.
