FWIW- I mentioned in a recent roto-tool thread that Harbor Freight appeared to have a 9" something when I went in there. It didn't have a price below it, but judging by their other stuff, I'd guess it was a cheapee. I only saw a 4" and a 12" (or 10") on their site. (the guy said they often have different offers/products than the site) -George
