I've used the UV process for several projects back in college (up to 8" x 12" in size) and agree that it is an excellent method. It doesn't appear to fit my "cheap" requirement. However, if you can give me an idea of the cost per PCB square inch (or cm) including the costs of sensitizer and equipment (or point me to a good source of info on that), you might convince me otherwise.
