I wear cotton gloves when I need to handle the film aggressively. A big problem is dust and particle contamination, especially when the film has some static charge. I take an unused very clean paint brush and prior to exposure I wipe down surfaces of the vacuum frame glass, photoresist, and photomask. Adam
