I have one of these that I use with my real Dremel, I can use 1/8 shank
"PC Board" bits (i.e. drillbitcity.com ) or smaller / larger strait 
shank bits without having to change a collet. I don't know if these 
chucks would fit the Harbor Freight "knock off" or not, as I said
before, I have not seen that tool in person.
