After quite a bit of searching on Google for "PCB varnish" & "PCB lacquer", getting hits from every country except the USA. I finally stumbled on a good keyword combination: Try "Conformal Coating". Typing "conformal" into Mouser's search engine yeilds some products. While Digikey's response is limited.
