Adam -- I think that 5% NaOH is overdoing it -- not that Sodium
Hydroxide is expensive -- but I think that 3% is fine.  5% will blow
the photoresist right off the copper.  Of course, if it's just
one-shot then mix a capful of drano with 100ml of water and let her rip.
