Not sure in the USA, but make sure you buy a FINE 318 red. The medium lays
too thick tracks.
Here in South Africa they sell for R20,00 which is about $2

The Staedtler 318 red pen is tops. After 25 minutes in the ferric chloride,
there is absolutely no breakdown in the ink. This leaves beautifull,
accurate tracks. Finally a cheap accurate way to print pcb`s.
I used autocad 2000i to draw the artwork and the Roland DXY 990 plotter to
plot.
Superb results.
