Hi Colin and all,
This is such a shame. I'm also VERY suprised how very few confirmed attendence, especially considering we have 111 current members listed. Maybe we could organise it for later this year, give people a bit more time to arrange/re-arrange their schedules, etc?
Maybe we could organise a mini-meet in the meantime? At someone's house/studio maybe?
Kind regards,
Peter

Hi All
It looks like the 2004 is not going to happen as yesterday was the
closing date, with a total of 5 people saying they would attend. So
i'm sorry to say with these numbers it is not possible.
Regards
Colin

> Hi Colin and all,

I definitely would want to meet other members too.

What is important is that:

1. The place is known so folks can arrange travel and lodging and make a
financial picture of the trip.

2. The agenda is known so people can decide whether it's worth their time
and effort.

3. The date is known, chosen so that most public events are not interfered
with and stuck to.
