I replaced mine ages ago, I think the switch caps can be pulled off
revealing the bulbs which I got from Maplin in the UK (unlikely to have them
now).but Farnell have some that look right. They should be avaiable as the lamp
is the type that used to be popular in high end telecoms equipment.
