Patches and discussion for Ensoniq VFX family

Hey VFXers !

Since this 'VFX patch quest' seems to be the hot topic of the month, 
I thought I would share this small experience :
The site of AudionautManager (www.audionaut.com) has bunch of sounds 
and some for the VFX in particular (extension of those files are 
*.ASB).
Didn't have time to compare but I believe that all those sounds can 
be downloaded from Fabio's (great) site in normal SysEx format 
(http://neopatch.hypermart.net/).

BUT IF NOT, you can easily convert an *.ASB file to a pure VFX *.SYX 
file by removing the first 142 bytes. For specialists, the starting 
sequence is F0 0F 05...

If I have some time, I'll create a small batch file that converts 
automatically those *.ASB files, compare them with Fabio's stock and 
let you know if there is some new (and interesting) stuff there.

PS: Since my MIDI interface is dead, I think I will send you the 
parameters on an Excel sheet with this 'DigitalNativeDance' sound of 
mine !
