SD OS versions

Does anyone know what the differences are if you upgrade your Ensoniq SD1 to OS version 4.10?

Ny SD is currently at version 3.0

OS 4.10 is more stable. I use 4.10.. If you get frequent "keyboard synchronization" errors, I would definitely upgrade the OS.

Hi, only functional difference (iirc) is that 4.10 has Swing Quantize in the sequencer and a few stability issues are fixed. Nothing major at all. And if You know when Your VFX will crash (to fast keypresses in the menus and in the sequencer), it's not that important an update. Never did it myself anyway.

Best,

Claus
