Patches and discussion for Ensoniq VFX family

love my vfx sd, but feel the action is a little stiff.  my modern synths have a softer, more responsive action.  

Is there a way to make the keybed more responsive?  should i have Thesoniq replace the whole keybed?

any thoughts or suggestions?

unless I'm mistaken, that's just how the vfx action is. I dont see a new 
keybed giving it the springy actino of a newer synth. what, specifically, 
are you comparing it to?

Hello,

Mechanically, the keyboard action is fix (from my point of view, it is even
too soft), but remember that you can adjust the response to key velocity and
key pressure.

In the section "System", press button "Master", and adjust parameter
"TOUCH=". You have 16 possible settings, from SOFT-1 to HARD-4. The
differences are really noticeable.
