I use Freeloader from Alesis to dump SysEx to my
VFX-SD. Simple, very simple, light, does its job,
freeware.
I also find the VFX a remarkable "SysEx storer". Fast
save to floppy, fast restore. Very nice machine.

But back to the question: maybe the SD-1 SysEx are not
compatible with the VFX SysEx ? This may be the
problem here ?
