Patches and discussion for Ensoniq VFX family

The old librarian program Soundlib worked with VFX patches. There's a
big library of patches floating around. It's probably in the files
section of this group.

I think it works with XP. The program seems to run fine on my machine
in Win95 compatibility mode. I haven't moved any MIDI with it though.
Someone suggested running the installer in Win95 compatibility mode.
(Right-Click the program, compatibility is in "Properties".
