Yes, mine does so too. And Matthias Becker also said this in the 
german Keyboards.

A-110 VCO question

I have a question about my A-110.
The Range switch on mine goes up to +2 (as marked) and then keeps going.
There are 5 more settings or detents I can turn the knob to (unmarked on
the faceplate) before it won't go any further, and I have to turn it
back counterclockwise.

Is this normal?

Yes. As far as I remember it is also described in the service (or users)
manual, that this was only an overlooked lack in the front panels layout.
