I have read on the net that there was an ableton Live Pack called q-control that will help me with getting my newly obtained Maq 16/3 to communicate with Live ?
Can anyone help me locate this ?

A quick search reveals this article: http://www.laptoprockers.eu/technology/p1/control-your-maq-16-from-ableton/ Which points to this site: http://wildtek.free.fr/q-ontrol.htm Which no longer exists. Going back in time (OK, digging into the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine's archives), we can see that the site used to look like this: http://web.archive.org/web/20080228055928/http://wildtek.free.fr/q-ontrol.htm Alas, the zip file wasn't archived, and I can't find it anywhere else either, but now we know the e-mail address of the person who wrote it. Maybe Doepfer himself or someone else might like to host the software on their site? I'd certainly be happy to if no one else does. Would you like me to e-mail this person?

All the best,
Zoë.

I have searched my email archive and found this email address:
wildtek.concept@gmail.com. Dimitri Pike informed me about the availability
of Q-ONTROL in summer 2008. Hope this email will still work. Sorry - we
didn't host the software on our site.

Best wishes
