Synthmonger SM-002 Pulse Width Modulators. (Euro format) 
I bought this as a prototype from Synthmonger's now closed Etsy shop. His boxes though are currently sale at Analogue Haven. 
The module has 2 identical circuits that take a wave and create a variable width pulse from it. The front panel is something like .75mm aluminum with a printed acetate overlay. 
I figured since he offered 5 of them for sale on Etsy they were built and tested. Well many months and e-mails later he finally sends something that doesn't seem to work.
