Doepfer modifications now on-line
2002-09-14 by (i think you can figure that out)
Ladies and Gents, For those of you who may own Doepfer and Analogue Systems gear, I have published a sort list of extremely easy modifications for some of them which can be seen by going to: http://www.allegrobikes.com/synth.html Click on 'Son of Frankensynth", scroll down the page until you see a text link marked 'modifications', click there. All list functional descriptions, show faceplate pictures of the mods and schematics (diagrams to some of you - you know who you are!). As a precaution I did not include the schematic of the entire circuit, but only the mods for each. And the mods are: 1) Adding a Range Switch and End-Of-Cycle Pulse out to an Analogue Systems ADSR 2) Adding a VC input for the post delay on-timeof an Analogue Systems Gate Delay 3) Adding a Pulse Wave output to a Doepfer LFO (will work for any LFO that does not have such a jack). 4) VC input for a DOD Flanger (this won't be up for a couple of weeks) Soon, I will be posting descriptions (and some schematics) of my homebrew modules, incuding my sequencer, voltage adder, voltage inverter, noise, AND/NAND gate, and the world's all time WORST design: my CEM 3374 based LFO with programmable pulse outputs (allows you to start/stop the pulsing via buttons or trigger inputs). So, if any of that interests you, keep your eyes on the site as I am making updates for these real real soon. As Chuck (dog) would say "chow', best, P
