Doepfer

I saw mention of fuses commonly going out after some time. I'd like to have some  to avoid downtime. 
Could anyone point out the exact model of fuse and a vendor in the us?

Thanks. Got the model. Just need a vendor in the United States. Any ideas?

Any supplier for electronics like audio or TV. I am in europe, but I'd 
say something like Radio Shack should have them.
