Doepfer

I just received this module bought from thomann and the left output doesn't work, it appears that the jack is even not welded !!! What is the best way to have an exchange ? with thomann or directly with doepfer ? this is a little bit urgent, please...

Thomann is pretty quick in these things... I have had something similar.
Just mail them.
