Hey everyone! Quick question: I connect my drum machine to the a-190 midi-cv, and the a-190 syncs at a very fast rate. Is the any way to modify the clock division? Thanks!

Hi Florian! Your suggestion, interestingly enough, worked!! However, I still have a problem. Now I have adjusted the beat division, and make the following connections on the a100: a190 clock --> a160 trig in a190 reset --> a160 res. in When I play the drum machine, the a16o/161 start going, and when I hit stop on the drum machine, the a160/161 stop, and the a161 returns to position 1. BUT, if I hit play again, the a161 will start running from position 2! Is there any way to correct/avoid this? Best regards, David --- In Doepfer_a100@yahoogroups.com, Florian Anwander <fanwander@...> wrote:

Hi David, No. That is like it works. The reset sets the counter to position 1. The clock advances for one step. And the next step after 1 is 2. So simply think socket 2 as the first step, socket 3 as second, and so on and finally socket 1 as eighth step. Florian deividnb1 wrote:
