Doepfer

Hi

Is the power supply that comes with this kit the same as the one shown in the promotional pictures on the Doepfer web site? I am in the UK and am buying from Germany (for convenience, as part of a much bigger order) so I need to be able to cut the plug off and replace with a UK one.

This would be possible with the power supply shown on the site, but not if it is of the design where the mains plug is built into the supply unit such as this one:

Do the distributors bundle their own choice of power supply, or is one supplied 'in the box'?

The transformers used currently in the A-100 DIY kit 1 (shipped to German
dealers) have available a standard IEC mains inlet. They can be used with a
suitable mains cable with the corresponding mains connector on the other
side. The former transformers were equipped with a so-called Euro mains
connector.

Pay attention that the Lenovo supply of your link will not work ! It has a
DC output voltage. The A-100 DIY kit 1 requires 15V AC ! For details please
