Rack Frame...?

I'm in NYC and I'm looking for the bare frame (without the power unit) for the A-100. I'm after the unit at the top of this page: http://www.doepfer.de/a100_man/a100m_e.htm I'm only wanting it 3 units high. I know you can get similar ones from Shroff, but does anyone know (specifically) where you can get the frames from in the USA?
