1 what is the significant of voltage and current dividers principle??

2 discuss the difference between these two principles....

3 three resistors 2.5 ohms 4 ohms and 6 ohms are connected in
parallel...determine the actual current flowing through 4 and 6 ohms
if the current through 2.5 ohms is 7 ampere....

My response:
sounds like some test for school and sounds like a student, who did have 
fun somewhere else instead of learning.

My advice: sit down and learn now.
