The 5v adapter only has one plug on it (the part that plugs into the system bus) as it re-routes the +5v line back onto the bus 
where it can be used by any module needing it.

I dont know about the photo you link to, so i cant answer that one.

i cant figure out how to use the 5v adapter with the a190.
from my understanding the a100ad5 is pluged into the system bus
and then the a190 is connected to the adapter.
but there is no socket at the ad5 that would allow the a190 to fit in.
the same question comes up for the 2 fold power supply :

this euro socket doesnt seem to fit in any connector on the
system bus, the power supply or the external transformer of my diy kit.

any help appreciated
